COVID-19 POLICY
To ensure we’re keeping the Salon as safe as possible for both our clients and staff throughout this ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, we ask that all clients continue to follow the below policy.
This policy is kept under constant review and any changes will be announced accordingly.

Please complete your Online Pre- Appointment Consultation card before arriving at the salon for your appointment. This will be sent via email a day or 2 before your appointment; you will be asked to wait outside and complete your form before entering the salon if you have not done so prior to your appointment.

Arrive at your scheduled appointment time as we currently have limited capacity in our indoor waiting area, outdoor seating will also be available if you do arrive earlier than your appointment time.

Please try to continue come alone to your appointment, unless you are part of a group booking, have/are a carer or need assistance – Dogs will be allowed back in the salon as of Mon 26th July (read our full Dog Policy here)

Food or drinks are still not permitted inside the Salon for the time being. As we provide Close Contact services, the safest option for our team is for our clients to continue wearing face masks for the duration of the appointment.

We are continuing to operate a locked door policy, please phone the number on our Front Door when you arrive and our FOH will let you know if you’re technician is ready for you to come in.

You will be asked to use our hand sanitising facilities before entering the Salon and our FOH team will provide you with a fresh Face Mask before coming inside. If you are already wearing a Face Covering, we will ask you to remove and replace it with the Medical Face Mask we are providing (unless you are exempt or cannot wear a Mask for any reason)

We’ll provide you with an antibacterial wipe for your phone if you wish to use it during your appointment.

Your Technician will discuss your treatment with you before taking you to wash your hands before beginning.

We are accepting Card, Cash and Voucher payments – these will be taken by our team at the Front Desk before leaving.

There will be a bin provided before you leave, for the safe disposal of your Face Mask.
