Staff requests are subject to change. If you would like to request a specific member of our team or make any changes to the appointment you have online, please email email@example.com and we'll see what we can do!
All online bookings require a small deposit, this will be deducted from your appointment cost by an external company. We do not have access to your card details. All appointments booked over the phone or through email over the value of £35 will be required to pay a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
You can purchase vouchers here on our website or at our salon on West George Street. Vouchers can only be used in our West George Street location; they are not redeemable at external events, pop-ups or on our NAF! Stuff Website.
Please book a removal if you already have existing product on your nails, turning up with nail polish on is fine, but anything more will take time away from your appointment. We don't remove Acrylic or Hard Gel applied by other salons.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
If you don't turn up for your appointment or cancel at short notice, you will be charged a fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you can't make it.
We do not apply Acrylic Extensions to anyone under the age of 16 or Gel Polish to anyone under the age of 14.
Tinting and Lash Lifts require a patch test at least 24 hours before your first appointment with us. We cannot carry out a lash lift if you are pregnant.
